Originals to be produced by parents at the time of admission.
1. Date of birth certificate of child.
2. Proof of residence (Voter Identity Card / Ration Card / Domicile/Aadhar Card/ Electricity bill)
3. Proof of Sibling (if applicable) – a fee receipt of fourth quarter.
4. Three Passport size photos of father, mother and child.
5. Parents (Mother & Father both) to be present during the time of admission along with their ward.
NOTE: If any discrepancy is found at the later stage after child has been admitted, then his/her admission will stand cancelled and suitable action will be taken as per the law of the land.
